Always Ready of Southern California currently needs support in several areas to continue operating effectively:

Financial Contributions: Donations to sustain support and personal development programs.

Volunteers: Seeking volunteers to participate in peer support activities and training.

Professional Attire: Donations of professional clothing to help participants dress appropriately for interviews.

Community Resources: Collaborations with community organizations to provide additional resources for self-sufficiency.

The mission of Always Ready of Southern California (EIN: 83-3445137) is to empower underserved men—particularly veterans, justice-involved individuals, and the homeless—by providing them with resources to achieve self-sufficiency. This includes offering peer support, personal development training, and professional attire to help them succeed both professionally and personally. The organization focuses on workforce development through resume assistance, interview preparation, and job search guidance
